I wholeheartedly believe the majority of patients will not need therapy long-term. That’s why I focus on teaching, role-modeling, and offering ample opportunities to practice and master effective and evidenced based coping skills and concepts for patients to utilize in their day to day lives. Let’s get you living your best life.

Get to know Jess

I’m a proud mama to 3 of the cutest little critters in the history of ever… and my 2 dogs and cat are pretty adorable too.

I love being with my children, spending time outdoors, baking, writing, gardening, meditating, reading, crafting, all things glamour, and empowering others with life changing coping and distress tolerance skills.

Neurodiversity & Neurodivergent Conscious Therapy

Neurodiversity refers to the differences in which our brain interprets, responds to, and interacts with life. Differences in the neurodivergent brain contribute to superpower strengths and greater challenges than the neurotypical brain.

Neurodivergent conditions include ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (including former diagnosis of Asperger’s Syndrome), and Sensory Processing Disorder to name a few.

Neurodivergent individuals and families have a special place in my heart and practice. Each member of my own little family experience 2 or more various types mentioned above.

You have unique needs and challenges. I understand that. You have “quirks”, stims, routines, focused interests, and squirrel moments… I love that and celebrate that about you. It’s what makes you authentically you. I’m here for it, and I’m here for you too.
