Neurodiversity & Neurodivergent Conscious Therapy
Neurodiversity refers to the differences in which our brain interprets, responds to, and interacts with life. Differences in the neurodivergent brain contribute to superpower strengths and greater challenges than the neurotypical brain.
Neurodivergent conditions include ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (including former diagnosis of Asperger’s Syndrome), and Sensory Processing Disorder to name a few.
Neurodivergent individuals and families have a special place in my heart and practice. Each member of my own little family experience 2 or more various types mentioned above.
You have unique needs and challenges. I understand that. You have “quirks”, stims, routines, focused interests, and squirrel moments… I love that and celebrate that about you. It’s what makes you authentically you. I’m here for it, and I’m here for you too.
